I had a wonderful first online hypnotherapy session recently, thanks to Petra at The PK Therapy.
While I am not new to guided meditation, what made this so special was that Petra took plenty of time to ensure the entire programme was aimed specifically at me - and that is something that cannot be replicated by just looking on YouTube etc. This involved some pre-session interviews and chats, all of which helped her to tailor a programme specific to me.
This is what’s so different about being guided through the experience by a skilled and creative practitioner, and Petra also demonstrated that this can be done just as effectively online (via a Zoom video link) as in ‘real life’. To have that extra level of connection was very special, and not something I have experienced before.
People are different when it comes to their power to visualise, or to relate to anything from certain energies or types of narrative – Petra has the creativity and open-mindedness to make these mental journeys feel both natural and revealing. I found myself mentally revisiting times and locations that were significant to me, times when I clearly saw the path before me, and places of immense peace, power and spirituality. For me, this was like a friendly hand reaching out and telling me not to worry or even waste time thinking about things that don't really matter. For you, it might be something else, but that’s the whole point of engaging The PK Therapy in a tailored programme that gets to the very essence, the very heart of what you are.

"PK Therapy offered a professional and effective service in the comfort of my own home. Petra arrived promptly and immediately set up her equipment whilst chatting to me putting me at ease. She provided a massage couch, towels, spa music and candles giving a spa like environment in my lounge. I was very impressed.

I had a full body massage with appropriate pressure as I suffer from Fibromyalgia and felt uplifted afterwards with reduced pain.
